Well... - 11 Oct 2011 (6:37 am) This has been an interesting turn of events. The Chiefs have responded to the 89-10 drubbing in the first two games with a close game in San Diego and two wins. One of which I was at!

I guess my depressing image on the 27th was just the motivation Cassel needed to step it up.

New Year... New Site... New NFL Pick 'Em... - 4 Sep 2011 (10:33 pm) It's about that time again. Time to get excited about the upcoming NFL season only to have your quarterback get squashed and crack a rib in the fourth preseason game. Yay Chiefs.

Anyhow, it's time for Pick 'Em! I've got a new domain name and a new look for the site. Gone are the glaring colors and here (for now) is boring maroon and white. I plan on making the site somewhat customizable, but that's lower on the list than other things.

Registering: click the "Register" link in the upper-right-hand corner and fill out your information. You'll then receive an email. Click on the link in the email and you're done! (Note: if you do not receive an email, check your Spam filter. If it's not there, let me know.

Make Your Picks: Click on the "NFL Pick 'Em" link in the upper-left-hand corner. The page should load the most current week, so make your picks and hit submit! Your picks will be in bold and the icon of your chosen team will show to the right. Pay attention to the deadlines to the left of each game: you will not be able to choose in a matchup after the deadline has passed!

Customize: There's not much to customize, but if you click on your username in the upper-right-hand(ish) corner, you can change your username, password, and choose your favorite team.

Quick Stats: The "My Stats" section will show the current week, your current record for the current week, and your overall record. The league standings are shown below.
